Terminal Hotel - Lotnisko - Hotel, Sala Konferencyjna Wrocław

Booked this hotel approximately one week before arrival to Poland. Upon arrival past midnight we have been told that there was no booking for us. Eventually after some searches an email was found with our bookings but there was no room reserved. After a while we were offered single bedroom for 2 of us. The room was dusty, hair on the bed and very dusty, stained sofa on which one of us had to sleep. Following morning upon check out we wanted to speak to somone ge but the the hotel manager went for smoke... She dully returned, gave us some vauge explanation at which point we just left. Not even apology. This is a convenient location, but there is so many other great hotels nearby. Don't recommend this place at all for poor service and poor hygiene.

Great place. Location perfect, as less than 10minutes ( if that ) to the airport and parking within the price of the stay. Rooms spacious, clean, free bottled water was an extra bonus ( came useful for 8 year old child at night). We had a room for 2 adults and a child, which was perfect - I believe it was a junior suite. Essentially we had 2 rooms together with a bathroom. Just fab as plenty of space and very comfy night of sleep. Staff was very friendly and couldn't do enough. The only small criticism would be lack of space at the 'bar area' it's more of a sitting restaurant than a hang out and have a drink place. If you have few hours to kill before bed time there's nothing to do. Overall would stay again. Thank you.

One of the best three star hotels I’ve stayed in, and the best in Europe. I was sent here with work and was impressed with the well laid out rooms, spotless bathrooms and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. I rarely leave reviews when I travel with work but thought the Terminal Hotel deserved a special mention. Next time I’m in the area I’ll stay again. Well done!

This 3 Stars hotel was really good. We stopped here on a longer road trip. As we spontaneously arrived at the reception, we met a very friendly receptionist and got immediately a room and a baby bed. The room was a bit small but spotless clean. Let's say that the space is used very efficient , but we didn't miss anything. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom wit a very cool shower. The restaurant has very, VERY good food. Unfortunately nothing vegetarian, but otherwise the dishes were some of the best i had in Poland. Service very good as well. For what you get, this food is even cheap. Breakfast was great. Maybe the coffee is not the best, but otherwise the offer is very good and a good variety of products is offered. The location is very convenient- between highway and airport. I feared that it will be loud- no, this hotel has a very good isolation. I think this is not a hotel for visiting Breslau, but a very good point to make a pit stop.
